4. The abstract text should be structured under following headings.
5. Prior conference registration is not mandatory for abstract submission but presenting author will have to register for conference last by 20th May 2024.
6. Case reports can be submitted.
7. The abstracts should be written in English.
8. Abstract should not be more than 300 words.
9. Abstracts shall be reviewed by a Scientific Committee / team of reviewers in a blinded and coded manner.
10. Only Original (Preferably Unpublished) Research/ Studies can be submitted for Gold Medal Session.
11. The name of authors/ institution or any other identifying information should not be disclosed in the ‘Abstract Text’ section. This will lead to disqualification.
12. A delegate can submit multiple abstracts but will not be allowed to ‘present’ more than one abstract per category subject to selection in the category.
13. Same paper cannot be submitted in two separate categories.
14. The presenting author cannot be changed after the submission of the manuscript.
15. The decision of Scientific Committee shall be final and binding.
16. If, at any stage, it is found that the study is plagiarized, it shall result in automatic disqualification.
17. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject a manuscript/ abstract, change the presentation type and/or ask for complete manuscript. The decisions taken by the Organizers/ Scientific Committee shall be final and binding.
